New brace so that the base of each stanchion isn't more than 87 in apart (the aft stanchion on the port or starboard side on Elise is 88 inches apart...)

Added turning block for the spare halyard. Fixed the turning blocks for the downhaul on either side of the mast. Led the spinnaker halyard aft so that the spinnaker can be hoisted and dropped from the cockpit. Also fixed the turning block on the spinnaker pole.
