29er Nationals

I am training to be a PRO (Principal Race Officer) - I took a class about a year ago and passed the theory test, now I need some practice on the water as apprentice PRO before I can get a certification for Club level PRO and help organize club level events on the Bay. My way of giving back to the community of volunteers that make me a happy racer.

So I helped with the 29er Nationals. These boats didn't exist when I was dinghy sailing. They are FAST and super unstable. You can keep them upright if there is no wind.

I did some recording of finishes.

Helped with the start

Race management is really interesting to me and helps quite a bit with race tactics when I am in a race.

Serge and I hoisted Elise - she needs quite a bit of love before she can sail again but it was so good to see her
