Well, the cold I was nursing thursday, friday and Saturday really hit me on Sunday. I spent the whole day and night in bed, sleeping, coughing, with chills and a fever. Slowly emerging from it now, the fever is definitely down. Still a pretty raspy voice and recovering.
I just couldn't let the Meebs down for their offsite on Friday, and I just couldn't let Elise and team down without a foredeck person on Saturday. Sunday was probably OK in light winds with 4 people, and Michiel was there to do foredeck and Nathan could take my place at the helm on that day.
