First race didn't go very well - we actually had good boat speed upwind but we made one bad judgment call on Wile E Coyote on the first half of the first upwind and they had to change their course slightly upwind so we did a circle. It was a close call but a bad call. We hit the mark b/c of current and we did the circle too close to the mark fouling another boat at the mark and having to do one other circle for that!
So three circles in the race - the race of the time was uneventful.
We also had Ella and Mike on the boat (Vs Scott and Andrea the first day)

There was a lot of talking during that race, so we decided to reduce the talking to the bare minimum the other races.
Wow - 10 minutes after the first boat. Ouch!
