Fixing dodger track and making the sliding companionway hatch a bit more waterproof

This needed to be fixed up. Nice and elegant

 Water will get in from everywhere...adding a little bit of a margin to make it more difficult. That + the dodger should keep the inside of the boat dryer from water coming from the bow...Remember that Elise has a very small freeboard, so it is easy for every single piece of choppy water to try to get in...
