"Okay Folks. Well that about wraps up our mdinwinter series. We saw anything and everything, so pretty much your typical BYC midwinter series. Hopefully everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. I must say that I am ready for some true windward/leeward courses though, with more passing lanes and opportunities to catch up to that Motorcycle Irene. Great job Will, by the way.
So, the StFYC Spring Keel is just around the corner. March 3rd and 4th. There are currently 7 boats signed up with StFYC, so hurry up and get your entries into StFYC. It is so simple to sign up for this regatta. You just go to their webpage and fill everything in online. There is a link on the front page of the e27 website that takes you directly there. Couldn't get much easier than that.
Back in 2003 this event was one of the biggest on our schedule. We had 17 boats make it out to the starting line. The conditions are still usually winter-like so don't be scared to come out and play on the city front. You 6 boats at StFYC have no excuses for not making it out for your own hometown event!!!
Hope to see you all out there!
