On Sunday, the wind died in the middle of the second race, we swapped head sail (switched to a bigger one) on the downwind - taking a hit on the upwind...the course was shorten (lack of wind) - then the race committee waited 1) for the wind to pick up again and 2) to be stable enough that we could set a race course. Unfortunately that took quite a while, some 45 min or so. Meanwhile we are sitting in the rain in very little wind...great
