Problem statement: hatch would not close properly even though it has a 'half closed' function, tough to install and boat very wet b/c we can't close hatch properly. This is only for bay races, we do not use a hatch launch bag for ocean races (the hatch is shut the entire time in the ocean and only use as an emergency exit)
