BEFORE SATURDAY    (for farallones race)
Fix deck level nav lights (LED on boat, it's just a matter of cramp fitting them in)
plug in and test AIS (all parts shoudl be on boat, a matter of cramp fitting everything in and fixing rather loose-looking VHF connector :)
Heatshrink inside of solar panel connectors  and pull inside the boat all the wiring that is outside in a bundle right now...Will look a lot cleaner   (takes about 2 min)
   
BEFORE TUESDAY         (for Long Pac inspection)
Install new connector for spare autopilot   
swap out lifeline 
Radar reflector up in rig   
Install big solar panel   (electrical install is done, it is mainly turning blocks, screw onto the pushpit type work) 
Food and drinks    (even though clearly, it won't be the food and drinks for July 6...)
medical kit and manual ready   
fix way to secure companionway sliding hatch from inside/outside the boat  
bailer for grab bag   
Test tiller autopilot  
Set up top of mast strobe kit   
Tape up sail number on storm sails  
   
BEFORE July 6    (for Long Pac)
fix NKE autopilot   
Set up external spare halyard   
Set up turning block so one person can hoist themselves up the mast   
fix Keel scratches and paint  from grounding
Add anti-chafe measures on halyards (spliced in)   
Fix patch on spinnaker (runner)   
Hoist trysail   

debug laptop
   

LATER

Mount stereo (Nat has holder) and check with 4 sets of speakers + iPod       
Service winches   
replace jib car bearings   
investigate and fix outhaul line or cleat   
change outhaul cable   
buy new plexiglas bottom door for Elise (to match the top one)   
instrument covers -   '  compass covers (no longer fit) and we need a new cover for NKE   
Add instrument repeater on the mast for boat speed
