More wonders from Ultimate Yachtshot

[[posterous-content:pid___9]] This looks like a rather precarious downwind situation.[[posterous-content:pid___2]][[posterous-content:pid___7]] At the start, the bow person helps the helmsperson measure up the distance between the boat and the start line. It can be really hard to see this when you're at the back of the boat. In sequence, there is also a count down as the goal is to hit the line in full speed and with clean air right when the gun goes off. Given that you have a lot of other boats that are trying to do the exact same thing, it can be tricky :)[[posterous-content:pid___3]] This is such a great photo of Sylvain from UK Sails and the A40 (Archambauld)[[posterous-content:pid___4]] A happy crew![[posterous-content:pid___5]] Beautiful old gaffed rig[[posterous-content:pid___8]]
