More prep for SHTP and qualifier

Waterproof connectors for solar panels so it is super easy to plug in/plug out solar panels (for practice days, only the 40W will be enough, for day sail with crew, just the 12W topper for multi-day sails, the big guy too should be connected, etc...)

Tomorrow I will tape things up a bit to make it a tad bit better looking and to avoid a mess on cable on deck.
