Making fine tuning and liferaft compatible

Unfortunately the fine tuning was preventing the liferaft from fitting nicely where it normally does. It is definitely much better from a fine turning standpoint but not helpful going offshore.

Job not quite finished as now the cleats don't work anymore, their angle need to be changed. Kept (and bedded) the holes at the bottom of the cockpit so that we can remove the extra plate and take the pad eye back down in-between long distance races.

To be honest, a bit of a surprise when I got to the boat today to see that the cleats hadn't been changed. I couldn't sail home today so I have to scramble a little bit and find a way to sail her back on Monday. Odd.
