Kit on Cassiopea gave us a tow out of the harbor. The wind picked up enough for us to sail reliably as we cleared Pillar Point Nat 'managing' the two. Eg. making sure the main doesn't fill and steering straight ;-) Our heroes :) We hosted the genoa afterwards as the wind was pretty light for the close-haul portion of the delivery. It was Serge's first ocean trip Serge playing and Nat driving Nice ocean swell Serge playing and Nat driving Nice ocean swell part 2 Serge playing and Nat smiling Sergei Onward! Relaxed delivery back - just chillin' We had some company. We left with a ton of other boats and we had boats surrounding us the whole time Sergei Back to San Francisco, checking out the Sunset area Lunch: vegetarian rolls and...a chicken Back to the Bay - bearing away as we were clearing Seal Rock It was a great day on the water, a lot of other people were doing various other boating activities. The fog even cleared up (after we docked...and cleaned up the boat) Serge's lunch ;) Hoping they'll catch my lunch Mile Rock Mile Rock again Heading back under the gate Heading back to the Gate - Fort Point on the right side of the picture - avoiding the ebb tide I have no idea what these boats were but they were awesome. They seem to have all left from Baker Beach The South Tower The Demon of the South Tower Some Hawaiian looking kayaks... There was a bunch of things to clean up once we got back to the dock including Serge's favorite's candies...and we couldn't quite take the boat out of the water, unless we wanted to lift her by hand...The bridle was somewhere else...
