A month in the life of Elise
First Nat did a bit of single-handed practice - and then hoisted the boat early morning, some insane 6am start...
Then Nat delivered the boat to Berkeley for the Sarcoma Cup, also alone.
Serge took off from RYC to help with Race committee duties and to take pictures of the race.
Unfortunately at Sarcoma Cup. there was a little bit of an incident and Elise lost her pullpit as illustrated above. She is on her way to the boat yard.
Elise now has a shiny brand new pullpit (she still needs a bit of fixing up gelcoat wise on the hull itself, but she is looking great. Shiny!
Over the weekend, there was a couple of projects done to make storage easier with the goal of finding the things that are most often used easy to find.
And after China camp, this is what the Bay looked like...contrast this with the previous post! Oh, and not quite, there were in fact much bigger chop as there was quite a bit of breeze.
Elise's bottom was dirty after spending a week in the water, so Serge cleaned her.
Publishand now she looks beautiful again and ready for September and the Nationals.
