The 1 in Vallejo 1-2

I like this event - it's kind of fun to go out singlehanded and come back double handed, as well as hang out some place warm for the night.

This year was super light air and heavy current...

well, it was light air most of the day. This is getting to the finish

vallejo yacht club harbor being dredged...wow, that was LOUD

lots of sea lions on pretty much every mark I passed

while there was still a tiny amount of breeze to move forward on a reach...

and then it died...

Boat speed downwind was fantastic. Mark as usual did a fantastic job with the spinnaker.
