Why am I spending time on a bike??
biking: use your own effort to go forward...fighting wind and gravity a lot of the time. Sounds stupid.
sailing: use the power of wind and waves to go forward while sipping a glass of wine. Sounds smart.

Battery Project
For long distance short handed sailing I need more storage power
Unfortunately the port side hole can't easily hold up a bigger battery; Serge is doing some engineering to remedy that

Varnishing
As Nat is delaying her qualifier for SHTP, she is focusing on the Death Ride, another one of these crazy ideas that Brian mentioned in passing...so the weekends between now and the Death Ride are spent on a bike.
Elise has some time to get some love.
And Serge is doing some nine coats of varnish post sanding...
